当院では、日本の公的医療保険（国民健康保険・社会保険など）に加入されていない外国籍の方の診療につきましては、自由診療（実費）としてのご負担をお願いしております。
この場合、日本の保険診療報酬点数を基準として、1点15円（消費税別）の料金を請求させていただいております。（日本の保険診療では1点10円） この料金には、外国語対応や事務手続きなど、診療に付随する追加対応の費用を含んでおります。
外来や入院中の診療や説明は主に日本語または英語で行われます。必要に応じて翻訳アプリや簡易的な支援を行う場合がありますが、十分な対応ができない場合もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
なお、退院時に母国の医療機関へ提出する診療情報や紹介状などの文書作成料は、別途料金をいただいております。
また、外国籍（無保険）で入院される患者様は、原則として個室をご利用いただいております。 個室料金は入院前にご案内いたします。

For patients who do not have Japanese public health insurance (such as national health insurance or social insurance), medical services at our clinic are provided on a self-pay basis.
In such cases, fees are calculated based on the Japanese medical insurance fee schedule, 15yen (excluding consumption tax) for each medical treatment fee point will be applied. (the standard insured rate in Japan is 10yen for each medical treatment fee point.) This rate includes additional costs related to language support and administrative procedures associated with medical care.
Please note that during outpatient visits and hospitalization, communication will primarily be in Japanese or English. Translation apps or limited assistance may be used when necessary, but full interpretation services cannot be guaranteed.
In addition, a separate fee will be charged for preparing medical documents or summaries to be submitted to medical institutions in your home country upon discharge.
For inpatients without Japanese insurance, a private room is generally required. Private room charges will be explained before admission.
